2006 P&F Constitutional Amendments

The following document is a full copy of the Constitution of the St John Fisher Parent and Friends Association. It is proposed to made two amendments in an effort to simplify the constitution so that fewer constitutional changes will be required in the future. The Constitutional change will be open for discussion at a Special General Meeting scheduled for 28th Nov 2006 and if agreed will be ratified at the Annual General Meeting the same night.

Clause 7 amendment removes the specific co-ordinator titles so that the executive committee can create or remove functions and titles as needed without needing to change the constitution.

Clause 15 amendment adds the flexibility of being able to schedule General Meetings other than on the 3rd Tues of each Term.
